Entering the 20th century, management began to develop into a structured discipline thanks to the thinking of experts such as Frederick W. Taylor with his scientific management and Henri Fayol with his principles of modern administration. Since then, organizational management has continued to evolve to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex and dynamic era.
