This book discusses innovation and technology-based organizational management strategies. It covers the fundamentals of organizational management, adaptive leadership in organizations, business planning and development, and competency-based human resource management. financial and budget management, digital transformation in organizations, work culture and productivity, sustainable organizational development, risk management and organizational control as well as business communication and negotiation.

Humans are social creatures who naturally tend to gather and collaborate to achieve goals that cannot be achieved individually. A group of two or more people working together in a structured and coordinated manner is called an organization. In today’s era of globalization and modernization, organizations exist in various forms, from government institutions and multinational corporations to small-scale social communities. However, the mere existence of a group of people does not guarantee that group goals will automatically be achieved effectively and efficiently. This is where the importance of a driving system capable of aligning all resources, known as management science, becomes crucial.

Historically, the development of human civilization has always been accompanied by management practices, although the term was not scientifically formulated in the past. The construction of great ancient monuments or the management of government systems in past kingdoms demonstrates that the coordination of labor and resources has long been applied. Entering the 20th century, management began to develop into a structured discipline thanks to the thinking of experts such as Frederick W. Taylor with his scientific management and Henri Fayol with his principles of modern administration. Since then, organizational management has continued to evolve to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex and dynamic era.
